These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FaithfulChampions.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Faithful Champions is a for-profit e-commerce business selling apparel and related goods (“Products”). References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Faithful Champions (the business operating this Site).

3) Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order
Limit quantities purchased per person/household/order
Correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability

Payment must be received before an order is fulfilled.

4) Pricing & Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Sales tax (and other applicable charges) will be calculated at checkout as required by law.

5) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier where permitted by law.

6) Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7) Product Information & Color Accuracy

We strive to display Products accurately, but screens vary. We can’t guarantee exact color representation. Product measurements and descriptions may have minor variations.

8) Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards

Promotions and discount codes:

May be limited in time and quantity
Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
Are void where prohibited

Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable unless required by law.

9) Subscription or Pre-Order Terms (If Offered)

If we offer pre-orders or subscriptions, additional terms may apply at checkout including billing dates, estimated ship windows, and cancellation rules.

10) User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for marketing and operational purposes. You confirm you own or have rights to what you submit.

We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates these Terms.

11) Intellectual Property

All Site content (logos, graphics, text, photos, product designs, and brand assets) is owned by or licensed to Faithful Champions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

12) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

13) Mission Allocation Disclosure (Nonprofit Support)

Faithful Champions is a for-profit company. We may allocate a portion of profits to support charitable efforts and Faithful Champions Global (nonprofit). Such allocations are made at our discretion and based on business operations. Purchases are not tax-deductible donations, and we do not provide donation receipts for merchandise purchases.

14) Disclaimers

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faithful Champions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or Products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faithful Champions from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

18) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/jurisdiction where Faithful Champions is organized/operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
