Where We Ship From
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from California (USA). Depending on where you live, delivery may take a little longer than brands that ship from multiple warehouses.
Processing Time (Before It Ships)
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During launches, restocks, and seasonal peaks, processing can take up to 7 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
Estimated Shipping Timelines (After It Ships)
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has shipped.
United States (Domestic)

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 2–5 business days
Because we ship from California, orders going to the East Coast, Midwest, and more rural areas may land closer to the longer end of the range.
International Shipping (If Offered)

Standard International: 10–21 business days
International delivery times vary by country and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Total Delivery Time (Processing + Transit)
For most customers, the full delivery window is:

Peak seasons/launch weeks: up to 20 business days total in rare cases
Tracking
Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or loss due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to intercept it.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with household members, building management, and neighbors first.

If it still can’t be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or service disruptions. While we’ll assist however we can, we’re not responsible for delays outside our control.
Damaged Packages / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item(s) and packaging
We’ll take care of you with a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
